Purchasing, shipping and Returns
Size and colour
I have taken care in photographing my work so its true to colour. please note that some devices that you use can change the colour of an image. I will be happy to send you more photographs if needed. All sizes of art is on the product information on the website.
All work is carefully packed and wrapped when it leaves my studio. If you receive art work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days. Take a photograph of the art and damaged packaging if possible as I will need this to notify the couriers.
Returning art work
If you recieve art work that you're not happy with, I will offer a refund. You have 7 days to contact me by email (alydalrymple.com) and request a refund. Once a refund has been agreed then the buyer is responsible for packaging and arranging the return delivery. The artwork must be returned in good condition – undamaged and unmarked. I cannot accept artwork if it is damaged or unsellable. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days. As the buyer, you are liable for the cost of return shipping and are responsible for any loss or damage in transit. We advise you to keep all original packaging.
My larger original pieces are all framed. I can sell my work unframed if this is something you are interested in. I am able to frame any print and original - please contact me on alydalrymple@gmail for more info.

Purchasing with a deposit
You are able to pay in installments please get in touch for this method of payment.
My prints are Giclee prints. That means they are incredibly high quality reproductions of an original artwork. Giclee prints are specialist prints that use archival quality inks and are printed on 100% cotton rag acid free paper. This is very different from regular printing. The work and colours will remain lightfast for almost 100yrs.
Prints of originals
I do not make prints of all originals. If there’s a piece of work that you like that isn’t on my prints page then ask me I might be able to have a print made. All my prints are signed.
Ordering a different sized print
Yes i can order to a variety of sizes, please get in touch and we can discuss further.
I can frame a print - please contact me email@example.com and i can discuss the framing options. My local framer has many frame options, and i am happy to go through these with you.
Prints will be rolled or packaged in carboard sleeve to make sure it reaches you in best condition.
Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Paying by bank transfer
Please contact me by email to pay by bank transfer which many UK customers prefer. Please pay immediately - I reserve the right to place the item back on sale if payment is not received within 24 hours.
Reserving art work
You may want to check with a friend or family member before making a purchase. I can put a reserved sign on the art work, I cannot take the item off sale, Please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org with an questions.
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK paintings and prints are sent by Royal Mail tracked service, Parcel Force 24 or 48 hour tracked service or occasionally by another courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. Next day delivery may be possible in certain circumstances but cannot be guaranteed and may incur an additional charge.
Collecting art work
Yes, please select free local collection at the checkout. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. My studio is in Easton, Bristol BS5.
UK shipping costs are added on at checkout. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees. Please email me about international delivery on email@example.com. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Please contact me with your address details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options. Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. My understanding is that EU customers may incur such an additional charge on items sent from the UK.
I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
